Store Policies


Guests who order customized products and provide contact information through our order form, consent to email and text-message marketing. To be exempt from this please ask the team member assisting you to exempt you email and text-message marketing.


Regular returns are warranted only for non-customized pieces. Other products are to the discretion of the store manager for return eligibility. All returns must be presented with a valid receipt within a purchase date of 14 days and all items must be unwashed and remain in original packaging or contain original tags. WDM Custom T Shirts will not offer any returns, for either full refund or store credit without a valid receipt. 


Exchanges will be warranted on all non-customized products, a valid receipt may be required upon request of the cashier. 

Customized Products

If an item was customized incorrectly we will replace the item with the same item and size (if applicable) within 3 days of the receipt purchase date. All replacements are to the discretion of the cashier. All replacements must be accompanied by a valid receipt of purchase. Please note customized products do take time. WDM Custom T-Shirts cannot guarantee any completion time for any products. Thus we are unable to refund a transaction due to later than expected completion time. 

If you need items by a certain date we recommend you order in advance (2-5 Days) to insure completion of items on expected date. 

Groupon Purchases

Groupons may only be used 1 per transaction per customer per day. Groupons have no cash value.

Final Sale & Sale Items

All final sale and items on sale will not be available for returns.
